'Safe'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

{{{{{{Seska&TheGirl&family}}}}}} Girl, I think it would be awesome if you did stop by here. You are welcome here.
{{{{FredPete}}}}} I'm sorry Rigatoni didn't make it. He had a great life with you, and he will be missed.
what she said.
I am so sorry, Fred. But going out knowing you are loved is wonderful.
One of my friends on facebook linked to this photo, and I thought y'all would appreciate it.
That was really funny.
Vortex, that's irritating as hell. People not doing their jobs when you're relying on them: frustrating.
I just... I am sitting here shaking my head because I don't understand that kind of lack of empathy for your own child.
You know, until recently I was mega-angry about it, a lot of the time. Just recently I started to realise that most people are not malicious, and that parents usually want what's best for their child - even if they get that wrong a lot. Right now, particularly, I will do whatever's most helpful for them. That has to be more constructive than adding to their stress, right?

Heh. She might, she might not. She's a funny one. But she loves that there are a huge number of people, particularly former Bronzers and other fandom types, who know her even though she doesn't know them. It's a fun thing.
Lots of peaceful thoughts for you, Fred Pete.
Edit: Cross-post from somewhere else, but I'm still laughing about it. A little girl just ran through the cafe in the direction of the toilet, shouting "I need a pooooooooooooo!"

well, at least she's honest about it. I would totally let her cut in front of me.

Yeah, you can't argue with that.
Requiescat in pace, Rigatoni.
Though if you could wear pajamas to work I suspect you would.
It's my biggest joy about working from home, honestly. Well, that and not worrying what tabs I have open on my computer.
That is my every Friday. I'm on the couch, in shorts and a t-shirt, with a big fat cat lying on my leg as if it's a pillow. And I'm working. Awesome.
I am erring on the side of caution and Teppy by waiting it out instead of taking more. Caution because I like my liver. Teppy because I would have taken more than the OTC dose if I did take some and La Tep is a pharm god.
Heh. I'm flattered, but I just know where to look stuff up. (Also, with Advil, you can take more than the OTC dose; just not more than the *prescription* dose [which is higher than the OTC dose].)

That's excellent. Yesterday I finished the 4th of a series of really grim vampire books, so I'm taking that sign to heart.
