So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

How is that even a question?

Because while Bert is a total control freak, Ernie is the one who belittles him and tries to change him from what he is and makes fun of his L words for not being good enough. So in their relationship, Ernie is the manipulative, controlling, evil one.

Umm.

::cough::

Carry on.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

The critical Bert and Ernie question is - who's the top?

The status is NOT quo.

I believe I am responsible for the fuck March thing for the past four years or so. It's traditionally been a bit of a cursed month for me. This year, though, I'm so beat up from the previous 12 months that I need to believe the curse has broken.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I'm not up anywhere near Fuck-March proportions -- the worst I can say is that it isn't starting out promising.

Still, February ended pretty nicely, so maybe March can still step up its game.

I was surprised to exit the restaurant to find it snowing last night.

I might not have been paying attention to the world much this week.

Reporting in freezing rain/sleet from Athens GA. Yes, mr. flea is going out to the grocery store in a minute. Let's hope there's no regional panic.

In other news, Dillo just bit Casper and broke the skin. Ah, children.

Our wings are not tired.

We have no snow, nor biting children. Pretty quite here. The guys all went with my SIL to see the Globetrotters. It is very quite in my house. I'm weighing the choices of housework or reading.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

My sleet turned to big fluffy snow, flea, and it looks like it's heading your way. I hope Dillo will be able to take out the rest of his aggression with snowballs.

We have about an inch of snow and still falling moderately. Very wet - Casper is soaked after 45 minutes outside.

Of the 5 neighborhood children surveyed, 3 do not own any mittens. (Not counting my own kids, who do own mittens.) Nobody owns boots beyond rain boots.
