I like the cut of the bodice, it's very flattering. I haven't seen the whole dress yet, though and the color was blah.

Beyonce looks...like Beyonce. In no particularly flattering way. And she needed some more adornment above the bodice. Less boring hair, visible earrings, something. Doesn't have to be anything fancy--just should be there.
