Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

It's been proven scientifically that merely making fun of psychics creates a vortex of negativity that prevents psychic phenomena from happening....

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

It is a proven scientific fact that thinking about something often causes it to happen. Some call this quantum physics.

I think this is my favorite thing ever.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Kristen and I were reading our horoscopes last night. This was in mine:

Pluto is now at the very top of your chart, shining like a beacon of light and directing the fullness of its rays to your house of career success. Even if scientists have started to refer to Pluto as a dwarf planet, astrologers know that Pluto is one of the most powerful planets of our solar system.

YAY! Stupid scientists and their stupid science.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

High-speed rail! WANT BULLET TRAIN!

Punishingly Intricate

High-speed rail! WANT BULLET TRAIN!

I would settle for adequate public transportation in my city.

But a bullet train would be wicked awesome.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Actually, it'd be fun to put up a website claiming to be a psychic opposed to their plan. Then you could take credit when they fail.

Let's see.... "I oppose 'Faith Of Britain Day', because it will displease the Space Wombat!"....

Are you on FaceBook? You could totally start up a cause for that.

"In the equation E = mc⬧, c⬧ is a pretty big honking number." - Scola

Just do what P-C did, and buy a black cherry Mazda 6.

Ha-ha. Ha ha ha ha.

See, my father's going with me, and will probably be my creditor for this transaction, so I have to use my "fiscally responsible" persona, since he also knows how much I owe in student loans, how prone I am to getting into credit card debt, etc. So yeah, we'll be looking at the cheapies.

Even though what I want is a Prius. Or to wait until April and get a Honda Insight.

Coding and Sleeping

Even if I'm looking at the very cheapest of each company, there are too many car companies!

I can say my MIL really likes her Honda Fit and another relative really likes her Toyota Yaris Hatchback. I don't have any direct experience with other cheapest models. I've read that the Ford Focus is pretty reliable these days and has cool electronics if you get the SYNC package and I imagine there are some incredible deals at the moment. The Fit is amazingly versatile, you can carry a lot of stuff in it with the back seats down as I learned when moving my BIL.
