To be clear, I completely get that selective reduction is a choice that I wouldn't want to make, and that every woman should be able to deny, if that's her belief.
I'm questioning why she wanted more kids in the first place, when she's supported by her parents, and apparently bankrupt. Also questioning the doctor/clinic who transferred that many embryos, if that is actually the way it happened.

My Grandparents had eight children. They'd have had more if they could have. Its less common than it used to be, but some people really want a large family.
As far as the doctors -- that's some ethical shit that bears professional examination from peers fo sho.

Thanks, belle. I may hit you up on the advice. Apparently, I have four of the suckers, all of the them 4+cm, so obviously, I'm not a big fan of waiting around for Mother Nature to take care of them while they continue to grow.
With Clown Car Uterus Woman, a couple other articles I came across where the grandfather was interviewed, he mentioned that they had a huge house elsewhere where they would all be moving that no one would be able to find.
Plus, he may be going back to Iraq to work as a contractor. So, mom, grandma, and fourteen kids. Oy.

My grandparents on my mother's side had 11 kids (including two sets of twins) and my grandparents on my father's side had about 8, I think. But they were all dairy farmers, and needed backup kids to replace any that got ran through the thresher.
OK, I'm joking - I'm not sure if they had threshers.
