OMG, I am so sleepy from lunch that I think I might fall over. Trying to understand something related to GAAP and federal money is not helping. I didn't even have a cocktail! (My friend had a margarita -- she is on vacation...)
I remember the one where they photoshopped the head of the Black Student Union into the shot and he told them that he'd never been to a football game. The worst was the restaurant one. The phone number is on the ad, I'm tempted to call them and tell them they're racist bastards and hang up the phone.
