That is true, but, like good fake birthday cake and pizza, it can provide breakfast for days.
I do actually have heavy cream, and I assume the rum can be left out. What's the measurement for the heavy cream? It just says 1/2. I'm assuming a half cup, but if I get it wrong, it would be really wrong.
I want to try a blueberry and lemon clafouti. maybe this weekend.
Ooops, fixed now. Yes, 1/2 cup.
ETA: I suppose you could leave out the rum, but then you might be met with a chorus of "But why is the rum gone?"

Thanks to the cupcake talk, I went and bought two dozen gourmet cupcakes for a pajama party a bunch of writers are having tonight.

We use the oven directions, not the cooking in hot coals one. But it's so simple! Eggs, milk, flour, sugar. Fruit. Butter to grease the dutch oven. YUM!
