It sucked, but it wasn't nearly as awful as I thought it would be! I may need to buy an iPod shuffle, though, because the dudes have the TV on an incredibly boring sports channel and that's just not going to work for me.

My whisper thin veins get muttered about. I've grown to hate the sound they make when the needles in, but no flash.
They gave me 6 IM injections last time I was in. I ached for days. I prefer the IV hunt. Pain is more localised and usually briefer.

mac had a school project we had to do tonight because it is due tomorrow, we did nothing on it last night because he was sick. He did not do all of his other homework at afterschool as requested, and is still needing to write two "book responses" in the morning. In addition, he did not take a bath tonight, so we have to do that in the morning. Annnnddd the next door neighbors are fighting which I normally would not hear, but do tonight.

I HAVE to have my shuffle to do any sort of cardio. The Donnas, Yellowcard, Paramore. Running is soooooo boring. I can't do it for more than a half an hour unless I'm really revved up and focused on mileage.
Athletic pants and a T-shirt. She should bring a towel for mop-down during, and water to drink just in case. They'll lend her gloves.
I am "working from home" today around a conference I'm speaking at and a webinar this afternoon. The thing is, I really need to work! I hope I can get some free/unsecured wifi to download my work email onto my work computer, so I can actually do it...
