You never know if a girl's gonna say 'yes', or if she's gonna laugh in your face and pull out your still-beating heart and crush it into the ground with her heel.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I'm trying to decide if I should attempt to fight my landlord's attempt to evict me. If I move out I have a place to stay, but I need to find a place for my kitty.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Oh jeez, tommyrot. I hope for a good resolution, one way or another.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

What? What landlord lucky enough to have a tommyrot as tenant would want to evict him? The hell, dude?

Though that would be the perfect opportunity for you to relocate back here to the Bay Area.

Just sayin'.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Tiny baby monkey. I want it!

My cat currently hates me because I a) brought her to the vet and b) have to give her antibiotics twice a day. WHY did I choose the liquid and not the pills. It is also hard to get a full dropper so to give 1 ml, I have to do it twice.

Also, the good news is that she seems to be peeing again. The bad news is that it is all over my leather sofa. She seems to have completely forsaken the litterbox, so I am wondering where I will find the poop.

Find out what rights you have as a tenant first.

Tommy- is it because of the bedbugs? Because you made a really good faith effort with the person to help you clean/get rid of the stuff.

Well, originally they weren't happy with my efforts. So even though I've since had the place cleaned and gotten rid of a whole bunch of stuff, they say it's too late.

Yeah. If I tell then I'm going to stay, they're going to take me to court. I just don't know if I wanna go through all that trouble, plus have them still mad at me and looking for ways to evict me. Plus my lease will be up at the end of Sept. and they're not going to renew it, so I'll have to move anyway.

Heh. I'd love to, but this is not the best time to be looking for a new job.

Also, anyone know:

a) a professional who can get two cats to not kill each other?

- or -

b) somebody who can take care of my cat for a few months?

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Sophia, is she fighting the dropper? When I had to give Amarna liquid antibiotic, I discovered that the best way was to pick her up from behind, holding her with her paws dangling outward so she couldn't push off and struggle, and then squeeze the dropper in her mouth while she was meowing at full volume in protest.

It only got difficult by the end of the week, when she got more resigned to the indignity and didn't bitch as much.
