Go for morning virtuousity! It took a pretty good effort just to get me up and out the door. We ended up going to our former church because our friend forgot his laptop at our party last night. So we had to drop it off to him at that church anyway, so we just stayed. Turned out it was a good thing we did, because that pastor, our friend, just announced his resignation. Craziness ensued! Good thing I didn't sleep through it, like I'd intended to.
I like that coat tree. We have to figure out something for ours, because I don't love it.
Oh, and plus side of parties? All the stuff I cleaned up for them is still clean today. Lots of dishes last night, and a few more today, but mostly, clean house!

I kinda love that a free concert for DC means you get a crash history/civics course as par for the course. That's my kinda geekiness.

I went to the Mall to watch for a while, but couldn't see anything. The Jumbotrons were not set up very well -- not high enough, so almost nobody could see anything. I stayed and listened for a while, though.
