I was just thinking that. I suppose it's really unauthorized imprisonment, rather than false, to distinguish it from what the police do. But really: did he tell the guy the door was locked and it turned out it really wasn't?
Wikipedia does say it's not in the Constitution and it might have been George Washington who added it.
