Jilli, was it the cute blonde who recently got her hair cut? I was so busy noticing the stylish new 'do that I failed to notice anything below the neck.
Nope, it was the woman who was directly to the right of you, in the window seat. She had kind of a standard "Rachel" sort of haircut that was aggressively multiple shades of blonde.
Just for reference, as of 2007 the demographic split in China was 51.53% male, 48.47% female. So, a bit against the ratio elsewhere in the world but it's not a two-men-for-every-woman sort of situation. Alaska's demographics are more skewed.
Oh I just remembered something that's been cracking me up in the morning this week -- segments of our morning NPR show being sponsored by
The Cougar
!
Also, I saw a guy, probably mid-20s ish maybe a little older, semi-professionally dressed (nice but not in a suit) walking down the street, a laptop bag over his shoulder, carrying a sign that read "Hire Me." There was more on the sign but he passed too quickly for me to read.
OH MY GOD I BECOME A HOMEOWNER IN 62 HOURS (or so.)
ULP.
YAY!
Oh, sara, I was watching the Biggest Loser tonight like I like to do and it was the makeover episode. They changed the hair color of one of the contestants and now she looks kind of a lot like you! PRETTY!
We have a countdown clock in the lobby at work.
I HATES IT.
And yet here I am, doing my own countdown.
I need cheese. Lots of it.
sara, I'm super super super excited for you!!
I've got cheese (a block of cheddar and a giant wedge of brie). i'm celebrating on your behalf.
Even Noah is super thrilled. Ok, fine. He's on his rocking horse so that is cheating.
Behold the power of cheese, sara. And yay! Soon it'll be over and you'll be a homeowner!
Kat, that picture of Noah is made of ADORABLE.
