Interestingly ( to me ) , even though I rarely have trouble falling asleep - it is a bad idea for me to go to sleep before 11. Midnight is better. If I wake up between 2 and 3 -- I am awake until 530/600. I'm trying to train my brain to - bedroom at 10 asleep between 1030 and 1100. But if I have had a couple of bad nights - I don't like to hit the bedroom until 11.

The Chesterfield ads on the back are great. I really want to frame the front of one and the back of another together, but then you can't see my Dad's name inside.
