Hey, on Linkedin, is there anyway to tell when someone has looked at your profile if they don't try to contact you or add you to their network?
Kripkat is back from a night at the vet and feeling better. Immanuel got a mouse toy that came in a package of three. I put the remaining two mice up on a high shelf. He has almost destroyed mouse #1. He just streaked past me with a mouse in his mouth...still attached to the piece of cardboard and third mouse it came with.
Wow, I'm liking Good News Friday.
My Dad's memorial is being postponed until late April or early May so my niece can attend, and it's being moved to Georgia. So I won't get to see Laura (boo!) but will get to see my niece (yay!).
Where in GA, David? Let us know if we can do anything to help, esp. if you are flying into ATL.
Just got my cholesterol levels back from my annual physical. I've gone from very good to pretty bad. I wonder if that can be written up to having been sedentary for the last year or so...
I'm asking myself the same thing ita. Mine came back at 230 (163/47 - Doc says it should be less than 150 and more than 50)
I don't eat much dairy and no red meat. But I have been a huge slug.
I've been working out like a fiend but mine's still pretty bad.
Never mind that I have bbq ribs cornbread in the oven, as well as homemade baked beans in the crock pot.
Mine's worse, I think--252 (156/77). I can't exercise at all, because my knee prohibits me even going up stairs. So any transformation requires dietary changes. I guess less cheese and bacon.
Oh, damn, ita. You're already so restricted because of migraine triggers. Do they expect you to live on very lightly scented air?
Random weatherness: It's been relentlessly windy here for the past couple of days; just a moment ago, I heard a long, groaning CREEEEE-ACKKKK and looked out the window to see half of one of the trees in a neighbor's yard just peel off and fall across someone else's back fence.
I had been planning to walk through the tree-filled park to pick Matilda up. That plan may need some last-minute revision.
