I have a funny feeling you are going to have a lot packed in the next couple of weeks the way you are talking. If there is a liquor/wine store nearby, get some boxes from them for your books. You can do boxes of books easy peasy. Of course, you will at some point run into an issue of where to put boxes if you start too early. you want to chat me up about some strategies, I am on online.

I meant on IM, duh, I am online.
Jesse I was right by you today. we tried to go to the MotMI with mac's friend and parent, but it was closed.
So. Tonight I had dinner at a Thai restaurant. They have a big LCD TV on the wall with Body of Lies playing. So I'm eating dinner while watching DiCaprio getting his fingers smashed with a hammer.
I should have asked them to turn it off....
I asked my facilities guy if I could have boxes (we're at the tail end of a move, so have all these nice moving boxes we don't reuse) so I should hear back from him Monday. He likes me, so likely. But I'll need smaller boxes for books because one of those filled up would be very, very heavy.
msbelle, email me your id for IM. I use google, and am new to the ways of IM, so...
I practically have a day by day schedule for you in my head already so...

Bummer!
yep - that would have been much more fun than what we ended up doing which was video games at the theater and then renting a Pokemon movie.
sarameg, I love following along on the house tale! So exciting.
Does anyone else feel proud?
Little bit, yeah.
I may have date next weekend. Ummmm
That flew right under the radar, people? Well, OK, I won't be nosy. Just... if so, I hope it's fun.
I had a long day at work and am glad to be home. Am contemplating making some hot chocolate. Actually, it's this drinking chocolate stuff, and it's really good. Not super sweet, but really rich and chocolatey. Overpriced, but, every once in a while...
only J people commented. yeah, I think it'll be good. just a brunch or lunch, I think.
sarameg, if you're looking for good book boxes, try your local B&N or Borders--we toss out more boxes every day then you need for your entire move. Actually, those boxes are good for packing everything, since they're so sturdy. Also, the ones I've used in the past from Borders/Waldenbooks are perfectly sized for putting four standard-sized hardcovers on one level. I've fit up to 24 books that size in each box before.
As for weight, make sure you rent a dolly from the local rental shop, unless you have a walkup currently. Then, you just have to stack the boxes up and wheel them down!
