I've got the Senor Coconut album of Kraftwerk covers and it's pretty cool. It's all latin jazz style like Tito Fuente.
I mostly know the rock bands there but I'd be into covers by Love Tractor, Primal Scream, Siouxsie, The Cure, MC Lyte.
Speaking of which, I've been reading this webcomic, Hip Hop Family Tree, and it's awesome.
