Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Have people seen or heard this?

The Magnetic Fields - Andrew In Drag

So damn catchy and cute.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I have! It is also funny because one of the straight young men in our theatre program named Andrew just did a role in drag, so one of my students showed it to me.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Hi. I just got the new Lucero cd today, and would like to flail with some like-minded folks. Anyone around?

So, I sorta' like Kraftwerk.

Listen to a sprawling six-hour mixtape tribute to Kraftwerk

I'm not familiar with most of these bands--any recommendations which of the six downloads I should try first?

eta: I did not know that Beck's "Get Real Paid" was a Kraftwerk cover.

I've got the Senor Coconut album of Kraftwerk covers and it's pretty cool. It's all latin jazz style like Tito Fuente.

I mostly know the rock bands there but I'd be into covers by Love Tractor, Primal Scream, Siouxsie, The Cure, MC Lyte.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Bambaataa.

Speaking of which, I've been reading this webcomic, Hip Hop Family Tree, and it's awesome.

Huh. It seems each "disc" is a single mp3 file. Who does that? Now I'll have to break them up.

aka "The artist formerly known as Corwood Industries."

Hell, I'd just rather listen to Kraftwerk, myself.

I'd rather listen to Neu! if we're going all Krautrock.

"Hallogallo" on infinite loop! I could drive cross country.

Admittedly, I'd be insane by Denver but still.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

I did not know that Beck's "Get Real Paid" was a Kraftwerk cover.

I'm pretty sure it's not.
