I could squeeze you until you popped like warm champagne, and you'd beg me to hurt you just a little bit more.

Buffista Music 4: Needs More Cowbell!

There's a lady plays her fav'rite records/On the jukebox ev'ry day/All day long she plays the same old songs/And she believes the things that they say/She sings along with all the saddest songs/And she believes the stories are real/She lets the music dictate the way that she feels.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I saw that. We're in fine company, my friend. I'm shocked they haven't gotten Rick Moody to do one.

It's so cool! Dhani just pulls up a track by luck and all of a sudden it's there, hidden among the sixty four tracks.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Anyone want to feel old?

John Scalzi introduces his 13-year-old daughter to an LP

Apparently, so many people thought this was staged that Scalzi disabled the YouTube comments and asked Athena for a comment.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Mainly because it makes me think of Glamcookie rocking out in the 90s.

Aw, that's sweet. I do miss my 90s like whoa. And I LOVE Portlandia! Carrie!

This may be of interest to Jon B only, but I just joined the new band fronted by My Dad Is Dead's Mark Edwards, an outfit called Secular Joy. They (We?) have an album coming out any day now, but it was all recorded with their former guitarist, a guy named Zeno. By the law of nomenclature, no matter how good I get, I can only be half the guitarist that Zeno was.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

On the other hand, should you ever move on, you can be assured that you'll be twice the guitarist your replacement is.
