Aw, thanks. I miss you, too. I really do. I've been catching up in lurk mode for what feels like months now. Work is a huge time suck, basically (that's not how I'm supposed to think about it, is it? Ha!). BUT I have made some new hires recently that I think will help tremendously with that... just in time for hiatus, yay? So, yeah, bring on the death matches of assorted variety!

I never would have called Sam/Ellen from the screen, but every one I've read has been scorching like whoa. It's possible it's an Ellen thing for me. Ellen and good writing.

I shipped Ellen/Dean. I was so disappointed when Kripke said it would never happen. I wanted to tell him, "then give me a damn good reason."

I can kinda see why he didn't go there, after trying to go Dean/Jo. It would be complicated, and I think fic has room to do it better. Or distract you with the porn...for which I am hella grateful. I think she's my favourite hookup for Dean.

Well, both Ferris and Ackles were ready to go there, if the writers were. Sam asked Jensen before she asked Kripke.

It was pretty sad when Kripke just flat out said there'd be no Dean and Ellen. I think they'd have been a hell of a couple. Plus she had chemistry with him. Unlike Jo.

I've never read Sam/Ellen. I don't think I want to.
