He really didn't seem sure that I was okay to drive. The fact we kept bursting into laughter for no apparent reason likely did not help. Good times...
Supernatural 2: Why is it our job to save everybody?
[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US on TV (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though — if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.

1.01 picspam, with commentary.
S1 top five:
1. Asylum. I still flinch when Sam shoots Dean, I can't help it! But their dynamic, Sam's rebellious resentment, the utter creeptasticness of the thing!
2. Dead in the Water. Which I always type as Dean in the water. That insight into Dean as a kid, Amy Acker in a bathtub!
3. Nightmare. The first time I felt a serious HSQ moment with the show was when Max's connection to Sam is revealed.
4. Home. THAT PHONE CALL. THEIR LITTLE FACES.
5. Devil's Trap. OMGDEMONJOHN. Ahem.
Positions and presence subject to change on whim.

eta: Some of those moments with commentary got me a little misty.
As far as non-Lucifer explanations for the streetlight, my favorite is that Sam's a ghost. That sort of environmental response is totally within the realm of what we've seen around ghosts.
Much as I love Whoopi, I'd really rather they not communicate through a third party.
It does fit with the street lamp, but I hope that isn't the case.
Ghost Sam could bring the angst though.
Angel fits with the street lamp even more, but I also hope it's not that.
I read somewhere that Crowley blew out some lights, but I don't recall it.
I'd prefer hopped up on dark juice!Sam, but unlike unhappy!Dean, I'm not too caught up on it. Just...not Lucifer. Let's be done with that.
Ghost Sam would bring the angst. But infinitely better option than Sam in hell.
