As far as non-Lucifer explanations for the streetlight, my favorite is that Sam's a ghost. That sort of environmental response is totally within the realm of what we've seen around ghosts.

I kinda drew to a halt on reading codas, because although I actually agreed with most of them, they were kinda the same story. But it's only been days. I will read them all before long.
