Supernatural 2: Why is it our job to save everybody?
[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US on TV (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though — if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.
Hunting forever and then moving in together into Bobby's house after he dies peacefully in his sleep of old age!
Sure. Or houses next door to one another, with hunting trips interspersed with training up the next generation of hunters.
Just to be clear, I don't think it's ill-informed! I just don't do it?
Oh, I was more giving myself an out in case one of my wishes had already been covered in an unwatched (by me) episode.
I just finished watching "Wishful Thinking". It has some funny bits, with Sam and Dean as teddy bear doctors and the nihilist bear.
Also, does anyone else feel the a nagging sense that someone should give Bobby a heads up that the Rougarou is in Cleveland? It is Monday, might save him a few days.
Amy, how can we agree on so much and yet pick such different S1 episodes? I guess I'll have to chalk it up to show's excellent fodder.
three or four minutes into your instant messaging when it looked like we would lose the impala, it was "TAKE CAS".
Not my proudest moment as a D/C shipper, but...the truth will out. I was so caught up in the apparent demise of a freaking hunk of metal that...damn you, Kripke!
I'm really done with angels except for Castiel due to his relationship with Dean
Yeah, me too. Heaven needs to give the boys a break...a break named Cas.

::sigh::
I guess I could cope with next door. I'm not very balanced on the topic.

Kneel before Todd!
a scary-ass sanitarium
I can't ever watch Asylum without flashing on Jensen at the Paley, leaning to peer down the hallway: "It's not that far. I can make it."
"Wishful Thinking" is totally going on my funniest episodes list. "Is this all there is?!"

I think our criteria might just be different. I really have to love the whole episode to put it on a top favorites list. And I love the end of, say, Devil's Trap in unholy and slightly embarrassing ways, but the rest of the ep is just sort of setup for me, so.
"Is this all there is?!"
Oh Bear.
I think our criteria might just be different.
I do like your episodes, even though we only overlap on Faith (bless! Hoodie of fraternal caring!). I think you're right, though, in that gut punch moments get an episode rated higher for me. I do like the entire eps that I quoted, but they all contain moments that just slay me.
You guys are why I love this board. There is no one true way to love this show, but that we all love it is a given. Which leads to such lovely thinky thoughts and new ways of seeing things.
Now, back to your lists. Gimme moar!
I'm going to the store for microwave burritos but I will try to think of lists while I'm out.
I'll leave you with a request... top 5 fan videos, please.
5 Funniest:
1) Tall Tales: For those of you who have not heard the story, I watched this in a Seattle hotel room with Jilli, Cass, and Plei, then we hung out and watched vids for a bit, then we walked down to the valet to collect the car, and were still laughing so hard that the valet seemed dubious about giving us the car. GOOD TIMES!
For the rest, it's pretty much for the same reasons as what ita said.
