Supernatural 2: Why is it our job to save everybody?
[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US on TV (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though — if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.
Here I come to save the day...

The last one on the page is the one that wakes me up every morning and makes me not want to climb a clock tower instead of going to work.
Although now that I hear the others, I'm considering adding, "You should really think about letting this one go to voice mail." So very Dean.
eta: I love how they recorded ringtones that sound like they are talking to each other. "Answer the freakin' phone, Dude."
I LOVE the header on Fay's link. That is my favorite picture of the boys. I think I have a "Yay" icon made from it. It's all in Jensen's eyes.
tiggy, you are totally going to download "What's in the box", aren't you?
If this thread ever makes it to a F2F at the same time, we
have
to organize a viewing of SHOW to share the squee in person.
I've had two experiences with SPN at a F2F. The first was at Ginger's at the 2007 F2F in Atlanta, and several 'ffistas who are not fans were exposed to the behaviors "flail" and "squee" as we watched AIWASNB. That was fun.
Two weeks later, Plei and I sat, nearly silent except for the part where a character tries to hike out of Cold Oak through a verdant forest, and Plei murmured, "That's the ferny part of South Dakota" as we rewatched AHBL I in prep for the airing of AHBL II. The "nearly silent" speaks to Plei's nature and mine, as well as to the fact that it was AHBL, which on first watch does leave one rather stunned.
Opposite ends of the F2F watching spectrum, and I wouldn't trade either experience for anything. I'm always up for another!
I think the SF2F was where I first saw the "Carry On, My Wayward Son" montage, which convinced me that the show might be something I'd like.
Oh! I'm so gonna plotz if they montage to that again at the end of this season. Rip out my heart and stomp on it, lying lyrics that lie! There is no peace! They'll never be done! Sob.
It was fun to hear the "whooooop!" go up and watch everyone surge onto the dance floor when the song played in Atlanta, though.
If I don't get on for the rerun tonight...due to the work demon, then
Happy Birthday Beverly!!
I'm wondering ... is there some kind of unpublicized "who's got the craziest fandom" competition going on? 'cause from what I've heard, Twilight would be the winner.
And someone was speaking of restraining friends from walking off with musicians ... back in my insufficiently misspent youth (at college) a friend would sometimes swing by the local club and, um, kinda abduct musicians. He'd take them back to his room, give them all kinds of nifty stuff ... and then watch them try to figure out which end of the guitar you hold. ah, good times

I'm going to assume fun was had by all, but I have to say the first time I read that I was thinking "roofies? Your friend gave people date-rape drugs?". Maybe I just watch too many police procedurals.
Watching the repeat... okay, I love Dean, but watching his 29, almost 30-year-old self panting over 17/18 year-old cheerleaders is still skeevy.
Yes, it is. Ugh.
This time the "Sam Hain" pronunciation is bugging me. If I hadn't been edumacated on the correct way, it wouldn't, but now I can see how it really, really bugged.
