Supernatural 2: Why is it our job to save everybody?
[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US on TV (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though — if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.
He's all mucus-y. I think I approve of that choice.
So, 3 eps, 2 horsemen, and 1 apocalypse. Well, that math's pretty obvious.
Well, after that little clue I guess it looks more likely that Gabriel is actually dead. But he was one of the four archangels that God talked to directly, so maybe there's a better than average chance of some sort of intervention that might see him guest-starring again.
The promo was showing up blond guy like we should know who he is.
Did anyone recognize him? They were talking like he was Yellow-Eyes, but that seems unpossible.
I had difficulty catching what they were saying due to some problems on this end. What were they saying? All I caught was something about 'how do you think you can control Lucifer?'
It looked like Lana's first boyfriend to me.
I am way more upset about losing Gabriel than I thought I would be.
But if God brought back Cas?
I'm grumpy that the other gods were so bloodthirsty, but I guess there's a reason Buddha wasn't invited. Still, Ganesh? Really? I can see Odin getting all bloodthirsty, and Kali getting messy, but Ganesh? Baldur?
I'm waffling on Lucifer plowing through them. I've come to the point where I'm just shit-scared of his potential, since he's not even in the meatsuit he wants, and he can kill gods and other angels without breaking a sweat. I get that.
I just think it's overall culture-fail.
At least Kali lived. Shee and Ganesh were my favourites.
This has got to have been the most pop culture heavy episode they've done, which is saying a lot.
Gabe! We didn't get to legitimately slash you!
Whitney of keep your friends close and the quarterback closer fame? I was having a hard time seeing his face clearly on my screen.
ita, agreed.
Lucifer did imply that sheer Judeo Christian aggression had given their pantheon the upper hand, but it was barely said. And they do have numbers.
But now I feel weirdly sad about the people WITH NO GODS.
Which is ultra-weird, because the SPN Judeo-Christians have been praying to an empty house since the start of S4, and I forgot to feel bad about that.
