Sassy. Heh.

Which works out well, because he so often is.
LOVE those. Also loved this comparison of Wee!Sam. [link] and another [link] These are killing me. That is a great picspam by bellanut with treasures off every link.
Sam's broken teary-eyed face of doom! Whereas Dean kills me most when he's full on in tears, Sam kills me most when he's on the verge.
I so very much agree with this. Sam teared up last night and it just kills me. (Heh, I typed "kiss" instead of kill but caught the freudian typo) This is going to be a fic filled weekend and I blame and thank you all in equal measure.
Oh, so much Sam. SAMMY. I adore his face.
The "baby teeth smile" is one of my favorites. Hee.
I love it when Sam cries outright. Out and out gushes fluids. He's so damned messy and awkward. Whereas Dean is so pretty, sliding the tears out like a striptease of his ruined psyche.
I love that they're so different, and one cries like a stoic big brother that doesn't expect to be comforted, and one is almost wailing and flailing with pain--and probably more used to being soothed.
But Sam-looking-at-Mary is pretty damned gutting.
Sam in heart was painful to watch, he just *lost* it.
like a striptease of his ruined psyche
Oooh. Damn, I want to steal that line.
I watched the show for the first time in years last night. JP's face has really changed since the show started. It's like he's found his grown-up face or something.
I wish they'd have Dean knife/shoot a villain with a huge power advantage over him before he makes the defiant statement or quip for a change. Castiel had to act much faster to fight Zachariah's goons, and presumably they're on much more equal footing rather than one being made of chalk and tissue paper compared to the other.
Actually, ideally I'd have liked Dean to ice Zachariah by surprise with the Colt, since my previous understanding was that it wasn't extra-special weapons in Uriel's or Anna's hands that allowed them to kill other angels, but the fact that they were being wielded by angels.

It is very good.

Right? Like I can't imagine Jared not sobbing for hours after that scene.
