My free association and musings on rewatch:

Whatever is playing on the juke box is pissing Zachariah off. Got to know what that is!!

"Maybe they assumed you'd be brave enough to say no." "Blow me Cas". Oh, Carver, you make me laugh with passive aggressive Castiel.

Castiel: "I gave up everything for you." First betrayed by your Father and now Dean. Ouchy.

Boys were mumbling tonight. A couple lines I had to listen to more than once. Dean wanting a beer, Sam said "cuff him to your chair". Enunciate boys!

Sam looking so vulnerable and trusting again. How did he ever think he would not be forgiven? He is probably the most good of any of the souls that we've met. Oh Sam.

Bobby is breaking my heart with his reaction to "you're not my father.” Sam hit it out of the park with the look he gave Dean and the shake of his head. You could tell Dean knew he went too far. I think this is one of my top ten most painful moments of SPN.

Adam's "we're not family" hurt. Sam and Dean would die for him just because he's their brother and he (justifiably) can't stand them.

So John only showed up once a year for Adam. I know you are angry kid, but until you were on your own to survive for weeks at a time with NO parent, back the hell up Adam.

Zachariah to Adam "they don't care about you. They're not your family". Lying liar who lies. I'm starting to root for Lucifer.

Castiel rebelled for Dean? Um, didn't he rebel because he wanted to save mankind and it was the right thing? Cause otherwise Dean may have a stalker problem. Castiel looks so dejected in the alley. He promises baby he won't ever hit you again.

Sam: what do mean he's gone?! Bobby: should I say it in Spanish? Me: bwah

"you're not so much the chosen one as you are a clammy scrap of bait...Hey if it's any consolation you happen to be the illegitimate half-brother of the guy we DO care about. That's not bad is it?” Can someone smite Zachariah now please?!!

Two winks from dean this episode. One taunting Castiel, the other reassuring Sam.

Macabre but Gorgeous wing burn imprints from Zachariah. Those kinds of details keep this show top quality. Beautiful. Really.

Dean doubts Adam or Castiel are alright but he's still going to get them. Again Sam is the one seeking assurance of people being okay. Love you sweet boy.

But stop mumbling. "You were totally rocking your ass back there?" or "You were totally walking the yes back there?” Either way works for me.

"Didn't want to let you down". Man, there is a summary statement for Dean. Sam's killing me with his absolute faith in his brother.

I think the warehouse was from the Gabriel-Trickster scene of Changing Channels, and probably from What Is and What Should Never Be, as well. I know I've seen it used in Jeremiah, several times, and probably Dark Angel and one or another of the Stargates. Definitely X-Files. It and Riverview get used a lot.
