You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I heard "neurotic".

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

I think the warehouse was from the Gabriel-Trickster scene of Changing Channels, and probably from What Is and What Should Never Be, as well. I know I've seen it used in Jeremiah, several times, and probably Dark Angel and one or another of the Stargates. Definitely X-Files. It and Riverview get used a lot.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I heard "you were kinda rocking the yes back there"

You mean they weren't in Van Nuys, Beverly? Why, the lying liars who lie.

The blow me line surprised me so much I almost spat red soda on my computer and I had to pause watching and fell out of synch with Perkins. And then when Dean did the "normally I get laid" I had to go back on that too and catch the wink.`

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

I want a lip reader because I couldn't read an "n" at the beginning of the word.

So I went back to see and ...

Fourth rewatch it's a close up of his face and the word starts with an "e" sound from his mouth shape.

eta: I am so glad that I am not at a convention right now because I would be one of them. The ones being pointed at and eyes rolled at for caring about it.

And where is the palm tree in Vancouver? CGI or do they have one? I want one.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Castiel rebelled for Dean? Um, didn't he rebel because he wanted to save mankind and it was the right thing?

Nah. Mostly for Dean. Or, you know, due to Dean's influence and pouting little mouth and... stuff. Ineffable stuff. Well, there's some eff involve. Honestly.

(But, seriously, I think Castiel's focus on humanity was narrower than Anna's.)

Guys, THERE ARE PALM TREES IN VANCOUVER.

There are palm trees in SEATTLE, too, for that matter. Two of them one street down from me.

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

Even in a non joking non sexual way, I can buy Castiel saving the world because he thinks of Dean like a pet. That would make sense to me too. But he did give him the eff eyes, so...

No shit? I did not know that. That completely pulled me out of the scene. Another reason I need to visit the Pacific Northwest at some point.

Yep. Hardy palms grow well in these parts. Psych makes good use of them.

Castiel's relationship with Dean is fascinating to watch, because it's such a fucked up mix of aspects, paternal/fraternal/possessive... human and (going to the pet aspect you mention) not.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

You mean they weren't in Van Nuys, Beverly?

The sky was blue. Clearly not. LA skies are yellow-ish.

Psych makes good use of them.

Okay, not about SPN at all but where does Psych film? Because they work the "looking like Santa Barbara" well from the eps I've seen.

Yes.
