Aha! It's the other retired magician. Or the assistant.
Supernatural 2: Why is it our job to save everybody?
[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US on TV (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though — if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.
Or, wait! Guess so! Though I am very confused right now.
Was the young guy really one of the older guys?
Yes - he was the older guy who had just died.
That was excellent, very unpredictable and entertaining throughout. Though I fear we're now going to get the weekly confab/revelation between Dean and Sam that's tacked on to the end of every episode.
Gee, you don't think this is foreshadowing anything, do you?

I don't know what you're talking about...
Heh.
Yeah - enjoyable ep. I've always liked Barry Bostwick, and I did here, too. Poor, sad dude. I really loved the boys just kind of being sorta dumb and getting caught. Got to happen every once in a while, right?
Sammy, I'm not sure you pulled the right lesson here, but... should make life interesting.

I couldn't agree more, but I have to admit to being really disappointed in Sam.
I ... guess I'm in the minority, 'cos I found this ep reeeeeaaally clunky. Clunky dialog, clunky direction of how the actors delivered the lines. And the boys not thinking about what might happen when you tie up a stage magician made me roll my eyes so hard I thought they were going to get stuck.
