For my own amusement, I'd like God to be an angry Korean woman.
Several years ago, a friend got way too drunk, walked home, and passed out on the sidewalk somewhere between the bar and home. The police found him and took him to an emergency room.
However long later, he woke up to a Korean nurse standing over him and scolding him, "Why did you do this to yourself??"
His first thought was, "God is an angry Korean woman? Huh."
I love that.
I think that everyone here has had better suggestions than the ones on Scifiwire.
I'm always in favour of Gina Torres being cast just about anywhere, but Jasmine was too close to all powerful for this to be particularly interesting casting.

They seem to juggle continuity like other people juggle geese so I don't see why they shouldn't jump at this.
I adore Missouri. Missouri as God would be outstanding. Especially since John went to her and learned The Truth.
