Supernatural 2: Why is it our job to save everybody?

OK, this is beyond random, even for me, but there's a McDonald's commercial on TV (spondee!) now where a guy brings a flower to a woman sitting at a reception desk. He's also carrying his lunch (from McD's, natch), and the woman mistakenly thinks he's brought the lunch for her.
So here's my point: the guy's reactions as she makes the mistakes, eats the food, thanks him, etc. are EXACTLY what I imagine Dean Winchester's would be in that situation. Like, EXACTLY. It's Dean! Makes me love the dude in the commercial so much. Anyone else seen it? Am I right, or am I right?

On a thoroughly random note, one problem with having a Tivo wish list that includes JA is that some mornings you wake up to find that Tivo has recorded Devour for you, and then you have to watch it.

You heard the story of the girl who took the dvd of Devour (along with the dvd of New York Minute or House of Wax, I forget which, for Jared to sign) to a con, stood in line for autographs. When Devour was handed to Jensen, he looked up at her, "You *bought* this?" When she nodded, he shook his head, almost reluctant to sign it. "This was *not* the movie I read."
Sumi, the CW usually is out of the loop on politicish things. Let's hope that tradition contiues.

BTW, as I was looking at that Vancouver thing---the Stargate Convention sounds much cooler. Set tours, picture taken by a Gate or puddlejumper. And it costs less. Damn you Winchesters for keeping me in this fandom when I could have been with the cool stuff.
