-t, the Boss Shifter--I think this was during the Firsts storyline, where the Campbells were tracking down as many original whatevers as they could find and turning them over to Crowley--took it from the Winchesters and presumably is raising it the way a proper young shifter ought to be raised.
Supernatural 2: Why is it our job to save everybody?
[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US on TV (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though — if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.
Yeah? I have no memory of that at all. Thanks!
Except the Alpha Shifter got captured and was last seen being decapitated by Crowley.
still catching up on old Seasons. I am in S8 and Dean is all about Benny being awesome and we must trust him and yada yada and Sam is all "We Must Kill Him, he's a vamp" - and well why is Dean not screaming "RUBY you stupid stupid RUBY! , for years I dealt with RUBY"
and Dean getting all mad at people for crap they have NO CONTROL OVER is getting on my last nerve. I am up to Henry.
But that's Dean's thing--especially when he's mad at Cas. It makes no sense and all the sense. Cas did what Dean has done. Stop whining at him.
And you'll see more.
I liked Henry. It made me feel awful for John (and by extension, Dean).
In my head I've cast the Enoch kid from How To Get Away With Murder as my black Sam (my sis counters with Nate Turner for Dean, must research). The scene in his show where they torch the body set off all sorts of perfect. I know he's not freaky tall, but seeing him next to little ladies is great too.
Oh, I knew that scene reminded me of something.
He's my woobie. Although he seems quite capable these days. Interesting finale--they're out until late Jan. What's the schedule look like for us?
That episode was underwhelming, too. Rowena is such a caricature, although the ending made me laugh. That should be some fun.
DEAN. You're giving Sam agita. He saved you! You're saved! Sort of. Also, so bored with the angels, although the Jimmy Novak thing might be sort of interesting (and/or heartbreaking).
I read this long piece on Tumblr yesterday about the way the show has changed since S5, and I agreed with every bit of it, which surprised me. Especially the part about how it's not a horror anymore, but urban fantasy a la Once Upon a Time and Grimm, which really struck me as true. And sad.
