I just checked the link, and that particular author is not exactly known for prizing fact-checking over whipping people into a frenzy. I would be interested to see what other fist hand accounts have to say.

Supernatural 2: Why is it our job to save everybody?
[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US on TV (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though — if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.
The blog post from the actual question-asker is good. I'd have to find it again, though.

tl/dr: never existed, says the person who initially misreported it.
I'm glad to hear that. The idea that Jensen would put an across-the-board moratorium about questions concerning his fictional character's sexuality and love life was frankly worrisome.
I saw references about negative things happening at Misha's panel. What went wrong there?
The one I've heard that was definitely negative was someone asking if she could touch Misha's ass. At a Q&A pnel, mind you, not a personal photo op. Though given some of the reactions I've seen on tumblr, I'm sure there are fans melting down over people asking him Destiel-themed questions too (despite the fact that Misha himself seems to encourage the subject).
I read he was asked both for asstouching and a Destiel question, and at least the tumblr sphere I peek into was reporting outrage at the Destiel and not the bad touch. But if the Destiel question was the one I just read a long answer to, I don't see what the problem was--he was defensive about being implicated in queerbaiting, but the answer was no big deal related to the show.
I...just cannot fathom how some people can be so rude. ASSTOUCHING?!
Now, I love a good celeb ass, but my grandmother would rise from her grave and drag me out of a room by the ear would I do something so fucking rude.
I fondled that one guy from The Sopranos without asking first. It was fucking rude, and it's hanging in my hall of shame.
