I get that the question "do you want to fuck your sibling" is completely irrelevant to whether someone gets off on incest stories or not. But I do start to wonder what kind of sibling relationships you've modelled (whether your own or around you) if you think that "deep emotional bond" needs "cest" applied.
I mean, it strikes me as sad, to call out something that's relatively common (compared to fucking your sibling) and not just legal, but actually positive by backing into it from a sexual place that pretty much always speaks of emotional and psychological damage.
I always had to roll my eyes at people who jumped upon any show of physical ease with each other by Sam and Dean as an indication of incest. Lack of personal bubbles that might be eyebrow-raising between two men who became friends as adults have absolutely no significance between siblings of fairly close age (nevermind ones that probably had to share a double bed in a motel room throughout much of their formative years). I know not everyone has brothers or sisters, but are these fangirls coming from some weird mirror of Twinsville, OH where everyone they've ever met was an only child?
Also? Most people who COME BACK FROM THE DEAD get a hug. It's not like they're walking around holding hands and snuggling on the sofa in the evening.
I think someone counted once, and the number of times they actually hug is a lot less than you'd think.
Seriously--they hug and touch way less than I do with my family, and I'm regarded as stiff and aloof by our standards. I laughed because my sister thinks it's totally icky to even pretend you're dating your sibling (and we do definitely yell when people assume), but no one raised eyebrows at the cousins I pretended to date in order to get into clubs cheap or free.
And if our touching and feeling was on TV, I've no doubted we'd all be shipped into one big loosely related puppy pile.
I've never heard of gencest. The cool kids get all the new stuff before I do.
I suspect what they're looking for is an unhealthy, codependent, noookie-free relationship. Some sort of brotherly equiv of covert incest.

I'm trying to make head or tail of some of the muttering going on about this ep. I can't work out if they're talking about script that didn't make it to screen, or what...it's very weird.

My sister continues to amuse--she's enjoying Castiel's addition, and his "I am not a hammer" speech worked as designed. So did "I Know What You Did Last Summer" and Sam's mighty back--she can be averse to watching sex scenes, but so far sex with Sam has a willing audience.
