If that had been Sam, we would have had another naked but for a towel scene, I bet. Jensen seems a little less inclined to strip on camera. WOES.

Supernatural 2: Why is it our job to save everybody?
[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US on TV (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though — if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.
I enjoyed that one. Why can't I place the actress who played Annie, because I feel like I watched her on something regularly. I'll think about it before I google. I feel the need to exercise my mind.
Good to see Bobby, even though... yeah, Dean, I see your point about the not ending well. However, playing the, "It's unnatural," card made me laugh out loud. How many times you boys been raised from the dead? (And even if the answer is only just the once, that still means you can't play that card! Besides, even without thinking about it, I get to two for you PDQ) Granted, Bobby is a ghost, not alive again. Maybe that gives you a teensy window for card-playing. Teensy.
I'm glad Bobby has learned some useful tricks for living life death as a ghost now. That's handy.
I think Dean took Death's scolding about how the Winchesters kept messing with the natural order of things to heart. Previously, he had made a friends and family exception to the "dead things should stay dead" mantra but it seems that now it applies to everyone. It was sad - I would have liked to see Sam and Dean be able to feel some joy at seeing Bobby again or maybe take some comfort in the fact that he was still watching out for them and there just wasn't any room for those emotions.
The actress who played Annie played Liza on All My Children for a few years at the end which is where you may have seen her.
Good point about Dean and Death. I forgot that ep where he had the job for a day. Bad fan!
No, it wasn't AMC for me, but possibly another soap.
I remember her from that Savannah show in the mid 90s.
IMBD says she was a regular on Profiler, but I'm blanking on everything except dark shots of groups of people sitting around a table and screens lit up in the background. And the blonde.
I think Annie was also on Melrose Place.

I'm happy to see Bobby again, but it's that selfishness that's dangerous. Bobby can't let go, either, and I know his intentions are good, but what's going to happen when Sam and Dean are gone? He signed on for immortality without a lot of thought, and what the one ghost was saying about the deteriorating ghosts in the house last night is true.
I think Dean suspects that, and I think he and Sam both genuinely wanted a happy ending for Bobby -- heaven, whatever that is for him, and some peace.

IIRC, way back in S2, Tessa warned Dean that people sticking around after they die is one way vengeful spirits come into being, so he should know it outright.
Eta: Oh wait, Dean didn't remember that meeting with Tessa, did he?
Wasn't that memory restored at some point? Not 100% sure.
Me either. I'd say I think that means it's time for a whole series rewatch, but I already started one
