Ok, West Coast HAs to be over, right?

....

BITCHING COMMENCE...not only do we not get ANY Dean dancing, there's no Cas? Not even in the last 3 seconds? Eff that, promo!!!

I have a theory (not bunnies) about next week too, but it's nebulous. And I'm still grumpy. I wanted Dean dancing and cCas and got neither?! GRUMP GRUMP GRUMP.

I would have been happy just to see Dean in toe shoes. Actual dancing would have just been gravy. Hilarious, hilarious gravy.

D is killing zombies now in irritation. (Anyone passing the open windows of our house tonight would have backed away slowly: "Dance, Dean, dance!"

"Where's FUCKING CASTIEL?"

"This show is a fucking cocktease -- I have to kill something now."

"HONEY, I GOT AN UZI!!" "Well, good, but remember an Uzi ain't worth shit if you run outta ammo, sweetie!"

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I get that there was no dancing Dean--that would have been more for my spank bank than the plot. Also, from looking at the preview last time, no way I thought they were putting all that in one. I wasn't sure if the boy and the dancer were in the same episode, but I thought Cas and Sam in the hospital were definitely not this week.

Meg! Has she been banging Cas this whole time? Has he been her pizzaman, to her baby sitter while Dean cried himself to sleep clutching his trenchcoat.

I knew something was way up when the realtor said that her assistant was going to be the new guy for 30 years...what the hell was that? That's a really long game, like not a coming-to-fruition-by-May plan. I hadn't gotten as far as cancer, but I figured it was way more complicated than I'd even vaguely guessed.

This episode...I like that they stumbled into Leviathans. Makes it seem like they're really infesting the place. That the first job was just picking stuff up, but got Dean to talk ballet words, which is sexxay. And that the second job was a bit more complicated (but I liked her), and utterly confusing, and then ... Frank? Did he break one firewall too many?

Dean! Take better care of your brother!

I think I woke up this morning extra in love with Sam (and a bit of plus for Jared), and that fic ( [link] just exacerbated it, and he broke my heart tonight. Dean! Fix him!

Now, get Cas to fix him! The three of you, back together! Fix things!

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I don't want Dean telling Cas from across the room that he hoped he hadn't seen the last of him. I want him blurting it from a tight hug that threatens to crack at least one set of ribs!

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

While I like in theory the idea of the boys stumbling upon the now ubiquitous Leviathans, the cursed objects plotline seemed rushed, as well as more fun. And rushing the cursed objects had me scoffing at the timing of it all, which seemed very convenient for the cute little kids getting saved. It would have made more sense if there were maybe at least other deaths that hadn't pinged the Winchesters but matched sales slips of other unrecovered cursed objects. But I undstand that there's only so much time in the ep.

At the end, once Bad Moon Rising began playing, I immediately began thinking of the DVD release and what song they'd change it to then, unless the rights got cheaper. It kind of ticked me off that Show used that song. For Frank.

Eggs: I clicked on a link I shouldn't have and now realize that a fic I read used that spoiler as their premise and didn't warn for it.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Cassie is on House of Lies with Don Cheadle, and we get to see boobie. I feel like I have a better understanding of Dean now.

I just finished reading an author who clearly broke down Dean's sex life as not necessarily vanilla, but upbeat and positive. That sex is "happy fun times" for him, and he doesn't have sex out of anger ever, that he's never working through dark shit, and the enjoyment of the partner is always paramount.

Sam, NSM. Not that he's mean or selfish--just that he's not Marvin Gaye any more.

It was a Dean/Cas fic, with a Sam!POV, so she didn't go into Sam's sex life so much, rather was deliberately avoidy. I do think there's a place for a much darker sex life for Dean in S4, but he seemed so excited by Jaime...I dunno. Could go either way.

Sam, on the other hand, works through some *shit*.

On the topic of Sam, I'm not sure how I can love him *SO* much (you don't even understand) and still love Dean more. I think he's *SO* gorgeous, but Dean's more. That's, like, a lot of love, and a lot of gorgeous. Fridays are very overwhelming. Please never cancel this show.

(I have to admit, during the episode, I found myself squealing to myself: "Purple gloves! Drop them in the purple bags!" And then I remembered the show I was watching.)

Because books.

It was a Dean/Cas fic, with a Sam!POV

Link, please?

I'm not sure how I can love him *SO* much (you don't even understand) and still love Dean more.

I get that, very well, in fact.

"Purple gloves! Drop them in the purple bags!"

What now?

Gah. It was something by the couch carrot, whose longer fic made me cry yesterday. But I read everything all at once, so all I know is that it isn't her last one, Bring It On Home. Uh, sorry? They're all pretty good, if that's any help? I might be giving them a run through again sometime soon.

I get that, very well, in fact.

I figure you just might. I have no idea why the Sam!love went crazy yesterday, though. Every time he came onscreen I was just squealing inside. And when he fell asleep in the truck, I was squealing outside too. I know he's going to hospital, but I figured it was next week, and I don't want it to be semi collision on top of everything he's got going on, thanks. Been there, escaped that. Wrapped around a tree was also a big concern. I was very relieved he made it to coffee safely, and mad at Dean for not being more of a worrywart.

And, god, he was just gorgeous too. They both looked great in those long warm coats. So big and strong and big and...mmm.

Cas won't be wearing his outfit! I miss it already!

What now?

On Warehouse 13, their entire gig is hunting magic artifacts, like Lewis Carroll's mirror or Pavlov's Bell. They wear purple rubber gloves to protect them from the effects, and drop the artifacts into purple ziplock baggies to keep them safe in transport.
