Supernatural 2: Why is it our job to save everybody?
[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US on TV (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though — if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.

Gah. It was something by the couch carrot, whose longer fic made me cry yesterday. But I read everything all at once, so all I know is that it isn't her last one, Bring It On Home. Uh, sorry? They're all pretty good, if that's any help? I might be giving them a run through again sometime soon.
I get that, very well, in fact.
I figure you just might. I have no idea why the Sam!love went crazy yesterday, though. Every time he came onscreen I was just squealing inside. And when he fell asleep in the truck, I was squealing outside too. I know he's going to hospital, but I figured it was next week, and I don't want it to be semi collision on top of everything he's got going on, thanks. Been there, escaped that. Wrapped around a tree was also a big concern. I was very relieved he made it to coffee safely, and mad at Dean for not being more of a worrywart.
And, god, he was just gorgeous too. They both looked great in those long warm coats. So big and strong and big and...mmm.
Cas won't be wearing his outfit! I miss it already!
What now?
On Warehouse 13, their entire gig is hunting magic artifacts, like Lewis Carroll's mirror or Pavlov's Bell. They wear purple rubber gloves to protect them from the effects, and drop the artifacts into purple ziplock baggies to keep them safe in transport.
ita, I read that other couch carrot story you linked to earlier, and wow, that was great! Castiel was more Mishaesque than anything, but how refreshing was the dialogue? I haven't laughed out loud at a fic like that since The Girlfriend Experience, except this was way wittier.
I need to get you properly Files and Records-ing your fic, missy.
They both looked great in those long warm coats.
Oh, I know! They've never had winter dress coats before, and they were very yummy.
I just wanted to squish Sam the whole episode. He was so adorably cranky and overtired and still fighting so hard to do the job. SAM.
wow, that was great!
Seriously! I want to evangelise, so hard! Did you
know the artists she referred to, or google them?
When I looked up
Ivan Albright, when Sam said that described him,
that's when I cried. God, I love that introspective, damaged, lug.
Also, it was really very funny, and tense too.
I need to get you properly Files and Records-ing your fic, missy
I delicioused the best one! I feel like a creeper just going through and doing that with all of them. I know where to find the rest, even though I can't tell them apart.
They've never had winter dress coats before
You know, I wasn't sure. There's remarkably little snow on the show, considering, but the bulk of the wool across already broad shoulders looked atypically amazing.
I just wanted to squish Sam the whole episode
Yeah, he really really needs a hug. I wonder if Cas went in for one now, maybe that would fix everything?
By gum, I think I've solved it!
I missed Supernatural last night. Had a chance to go dancing and don't regret they choice. I'll see this episode eventually. But in the meantime, I want to get spoiled enough on this episode to have no trouble following the subsequent ones - so to be on the safe side everything. Normally for me that would be Television Without Pity, but much of the time Damien is so busy being snide that he is useless if you want to know what actually happened in the episode. Plus, irritating. So who else does Supernatural recaps? Great would be nice, but serviceable will do.
Thanks in advance.
IO9 does recaps. Not sure when that will come out.
Uh, speaking of crying, in case anyone thought 17 would be a cakewalk, here's a sneak peek: [link]
Good god, boys. Good god. One big group hug, and I'll fix it all up. I promise.
Let me go watch that again.
I think I love Lucifer. He should be one of the brothers. He's so snarky!
ita, I didn't look them up. I meant to, but I was just so enthralled by the story I ended up not breaking away. I was full of warm fuzzies and "d'aw!" when Dean
showed up at the rehab center just before Christmas.
I loved their fighting/mock-fighting after
Sam moves in.
Like, it could be a serious hate-fest if it was anyone but them. With just enough tinge of exasperated "we've been living in each others pockets for too long" that there's real frustration there, but also awareness that it's a tired argument and old hat.
Oh my GOD. SAMMY. That alone was painful enough. Someone's going to have hold my hand next week, possibly both of them.
I love the way they write Dean. "
Stop being Dali friggin' Yoda about this.
" DEAN.
Also, what Sail said.
The episode runs on the CW website should you want to see it.
