Mmm. Wife soup. I must've done good.

Supernatural 2: Why is it our job to save everybody?

[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US on TV (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though — if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.

move out and draw fire

I'm totally holding my hands over my eyes to post, as I just finished season 6, but I had to share:

When I went to the site to check out what this whole "Greatest International Scavenger Hunt" was about, Mal looked over my shoulder and said, "Hey, that's Cas. But just his mouth?"

Then later "Why do they have Cas in a bike helmet?"

It's a good question. And possibly I shouldn't let the 6yo watch SPN so much.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Dude, every questionable thing I have ever let a kid watch on a tv or monitor is in Raq's post. I too let 6-year-olds watch ish-y things.

Because books.

Sara watches Supernatural with me. And Jake watched The X-Files when he was younger than her. Mom/aunt of the year, we should all sign up.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

I loved that he filmed it in a bathroom stall.

Also, I'm seriously in love with his nose. It's f***ing adorable.

Rewatching Slash Fiction, I was trying to figure out if the feds had been Leviathans the whole time or just at the end. I concluded that it wasn't until the end, but there would've been some coolness if the leviathans had been alternating between being the feds and being Sam and Dean. And it would've explained some of the bad acting. When LeviaSam said he couldn't wait to get into something more stable, I thought for sure this was the case, but on second viewing it made no sense.

Thought about the GISHWES teams: if Buffistas get into teams fo two and then pair up, how can your scavenger finds count for each team, and won't that null and void the idea of there being separate teams for Guiness? Unless those tackling each scavenger find do multiple finds to share for the Buffistas teams so that it doesn't look like sharing.

Trust my rage

ok, I'm so glad I'm not the only one who lets my 6 yo watch SPN. I do try to cover her eyes for the blood spatters, though.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Ok, wait, so how come we haven't discussed two things yet?

  • Sam is replacing Dean with a wife?
  • Sam is getting a wife?

So...is it a new character, or, like, Becky come back with a spell or something?

Amy - Nov 07, 2011 5:12:07 am PST #22689 of 30002
Because books.

I'm assuming it's a spell or a dream or something. The preview had a very "Something Blue" vibe to it.

I'm half expecting the bride to be Spike.

I think the Wincest-is-CANON crew must be laughing it up right now, at the mere suggestion Sam is trading Dean for a wife. It certainly makes me chortle.
