I almost missed my exit from the freeway because I was amusing myself with thinking of a D/C video to Thompson Twins "Lay Your Hands On Me":
When it almost seemed too much
I see your face
And sense the grace
And feel the magic in your touch
I'd really like to think my naked issues really aren't obvious all over the fanworks I do and the fanvids I suggest. I guess there's stuff to be seen that I can't see, and the fact that THEY KEEP CUDDLING IN BED is probably pretty telling, but I don't want people to go "Oh, well, another window into her head coming up..." That just seems boring. I want it to be an SPN experience first, a me experience second, especially if it's a telling of mah issues. Which it totally could be. I might have one or two of those.
You have issues? SERIOUSLY?

In other "I suck" news, I managed to schedule some lame Twitter chat on Friday night from 9 to 10:30 p.m. A) An hour and a half is frigging BRUTAL, and B) why did I not think to check what night the 4th was?
BECAUSE YOU'RE A BAD FAN.
Have I not told you this enough times yet? You are not a true believer. Not like me.
I know, I know. You get all the toasters. Sigh.
How could THEY have agreed to that time? Surely, fans of your books are also fans of SPN?
They all suck, is what.
I'm the greatest self-promoter of all time, clearly.
Oh, Amy, there was an article about YA necrophilia on IO9 (a YA film about girl on zombie love is coming out soon) and I pimped your book. I hope I pimped it right, because I'm actually halfway through. You're not the only bad person out there. I need to get some *good* down time and curl up with it.
Link? I'd like to see what movie it is.
And thank you! Totally not your job, but very awesome of you.
It is not a job. It is a pleasure. I really like what I've read so far. And during my designated reading time I only put it down because everything I had to read it on ran out of batteries due to bad planning and lack of plentiful outlets in airports.
Warm Bodies.
I've never heard of that book. Must look into it. The movie does sound problematic, though.
I'm so glad you're enjoying it! I ... was going to babble about it, but not here.
