Supernatural 2: Why is it our job to save everybody?

[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US on TV (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though — if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Ruby's the one who's all seductive with her feminine wiles and sexy, sexy blood and whatnot, so I think she gets to be Daisy.

Castiel would be Cooter.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

::rendered helpless with laughter at the thought of an angel named Cooter. endless snorfling::

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

Castiel would be Cooter. And Ruby absofuckinglutely would be Daisy. And I'd be completely on board with that plan, even though short shorts are not generally my cup of tea. But Gen is very lickable.

Bobby = Uncle Jesse, yes.

...I sort of want Uriel to be Boss Hogg.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Lots of folks mature and establish their own identity without having dead parents.

Lana's parents are dead. It didn't help.

I just caught up on hundreds of posts and instead of it ending in angst, it ended with ... Dukes of Hazard. Wow, we're special. I like this about us.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

I still think it has to be Castiel in the Dukes.

Ruby's too... expected.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I like this image.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Perversely, I want Castiel to have pants. He needs his angel dignity.

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

[link] Castiel needs pants. Misha however would look pretty darn cute. Somebody already posted this picture here, but I was too lazy to find the post.

eta: It's THURSDAY!!!

Oh, bless Misha. They call him MishMish on LJ. Or, well, some people do. In a capslock community. I am disarmed by the capslock philosophy of frivolous enthusiasm expressed via capslock, and yet I cannot bring myself to do the ASSCAPS thing. Anyway, yes - MishMish.

Which charms the hell out of me, because it's Arabic (or at least Egyptian Arabic, I don't know if it's Classical Arabic - but it also crops up in Dune, come to think of it - but then, I think that's largely Egyptian Arabic too, upon further reflection) for apricot.

"Fill Mishmish" was one of my favourite phrases - "In the time of the apricots", which you use instead of "When pigs fly" or "Sure, once in a blue moon!" type of thing. Because apricots are such a delicacy, and their season is so fleeting.

MishMish.

Bless.
