AU Cas is very tasty too...weirdly more tasty than AU Dean. I think it's a function of PoV, maybe? But I've only come across 1 or 2 tastes of Dean, and 30 or so tastes of Cas so far.

It makes me laugh because it's such a tired romance trope -- when the hero and heroine meet, they've never EVER desired someone so much, etc., and they invariably have some delicious, irresistible taste.
Which is not to say I haven't used the cliche myself, to be clear, but it is funny to list the many different things people are supposed to taste like.
