Oh, and, HAPPY BIRTHDAY SAM.
Supernatural 2: Why is it our job to save everybody?

Indeed! Happy Birthday, Sam!
I didn't even bake a cake.
So they're two years older than we would normally assume, right? Since we missed a year between seasons? Which means they're a year older than the actors?
I don't even know why I'm asking since it doesn't matter.
Show seems to have forgotten it's 2012 for them, so who knows how old they are?
I've never been so happy and so confused at the same time.
So they don't have Enochian on their ribs anymore? Why was this not covered? Don't we deserve this?
In The Third Man, we see Dean pray for Cas and Cas appears, so maybe when he healed Dean at Stull, there was a really thorough scrubbing, as well? And Sam we can assume came back new, the way Dean did, after hell.
Should have been explained, yes. And it makes me wonder why Dean never questioned it.
Have they summoned Balthazar with just a prayer yet?
Also, Sam went bodily into hell, so they can make his resurrection different if they want.
As far as I know, only Sam has summoned Balthazar, and that was with a spell, right? And that was also RoboSam, not that it matters, I guess.
Balthazar found them at the beginning of "The French Mistake" - was there a summoning ritual involved there? And Cas sensed when they were about to get par-broiled by Atropos and yanked them to safety, although honestly at this point I could see that as a case of him keeping one metaphorical eye on them constantly so he doesn't lose track.
