Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Oh, yeah.

I just rewatched the episode, and the boys' glee over finding Colt's journal gives me a happy. They're dorking out about hunting. I like that. Of course, Dean continues to dork out all episode, but this was something straight up related to how they were raised, and they were both amped at the idea of authentic Samuel Colt stuff. If they can fanboy their job, I don't feel as bad they're doing it.

It's less like they're stuck.

Because books.

I think on a good day -- a simple MoW day with someone saved and evil vanquished -- Dean still enjoys it. I think Sam considers it more of a duty, and sometimes a quest, and now there's a whole element of reparation for him, too.

What I think he does enjoy is doing it with Dean, though, especially now that so many of the shadows over them personally are gone.

Yeah, they definitely look like they're enjoying each other's company, which is more important to me than them enjoying the job. So that is good.

6.19 preview with Sera interview. That's the second ep she's done this for. That's a lot of showrunner presence, no?

I'm glad to see that Rufus's death is motivating Bobby. Good.

Because books.

How spoilery is that? Although I'm wondering if I care at this point.

I know Dean is still concerned about the wall, but I do think they've got a little of the early days vibe back, and I love it.

It talks about what Eve's been doing in her spare time, so don't click if you don't want to know ahead of time.

Cafe de labeill sketches. My god, she's got an amazingly consistent grasp of form and space. You look at my random sketches, and their necks and shit are all over the place. I'm sure she's only sharing what's best, but still. It's unfinished, and it looks great.

I love her girl!Cas.

Man, I just stan her so much, even if my vision of Cas is much darker than hers is. Though, really, you couldn't tell that from my pictures. I should do a lot of BAMF shit to make it clear I don't only think of schmoopy D/C.

I...just...it's fun to draw.
