Oh, that was a fun episode. It was so good to see Happy!Dean again, even though a few of his Western fantasies got a hard knock against reality.
Nice nod to Dead Man's Blood with the saloonkeeper being named 'Elkins.'
I also had a delayed awww reaction when I figured out why they had Bobby say he had only ever watched DS9, what with JB's late wife having been on the show a few times.

Loved Dean's glee in this one, and loved his reality checks when he actually got back there into th Old West. Also loved Sam's meeting w/ Samuel Colt. His whole, "Dude. Saddle up. You're a hunter. It's what we do," and then his reaction when SC was all, "Yeah, no."
