I wonder if she realises I don't give a flying fuck about where she is in her life at any given time, and if I did, I wouldn't read her fic to find out. I read fic for a cracking story.
I know it's weird, but it's how I roll.
'Objects In Space'
[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US on TV (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though — if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.

Apparently this is a web series starring Misha who plays a priest. Bring on the crossover fic.
I did see one photo from it, which I'm sure inspired Cas-as-priest fic.
Completely off topic:
Why is it so ridiculously hot that Sam can pick locks and steal cars? Discuss, and as ita says, show your work.
Boy + Bad = Hot
Good Boy + Bad Thing for Good Reason = Smoking Hot
Ooh, Vortex gets an A! That's it!
Also, those HANDS. Mmm.
I like to imagine Sam being all "But Dad! Do I *have* to steal a car? Why????" as a kid, while Dean is all "JOY RIDE!!! MUSTANG!!!" or "Sir?? Chevette???"
The thing with the lock pick is studiousness and long fingers. For some reason it's five times as hot to watch him pick locks as to watch Dean do it. The idea that he has his own *custom* pick set is entrancing to me.

Yes, this.
I also imagine wee!Sammy muttering to himself about the law and normal life as he's reaching under a steering column to hotwire a car. And Dean and Sir are all patting each other on the back, "He's good, nice job, son," and Sam's rolling his eyes and doing, like, calc equations in his head for his next exam.
For some reason it's five times as hot to watch him pick locks as to watch Dean do it.
Hold up, self.
UNLESS it's an improvised lock pick. Then Dean is the hottest thing ever. Getting out of handcuffs with a paper clip? Yes, Deano, do it for mama.
The idea that Dean can see anything and turn it into an escape mechanism and that Sam has a carefully prepared set of tools for lawbreaking--in character hotness.
Of course Dean would use a lockpick set and Sam can improvise, but the other way round is the sweet sweet payoff.
Now I'm imagining that's-not-how-you-raise-kids-John driving thirteen year old Sam out to the middle of suburban nowhere blindfolded and abandoning him to find his own way home. Of course Dean is shadowing him all the way, and beats up as many people as it takes for Sam to have a mostly uneventful car-stealing jaunt back to the motel.
Dean/paperclip is a OTP for the ages.

I want to write this now.
If I could work out how to draw it to tempt you further, I totally would. Delinquent Weechesters for the win!
