I have to add "A Simple Man" from Free to Be You and Me. That was insanely perfect and a little heartbreaking, too.
Dude, now I have to make a list. Damn you.
'Shindig'
[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US on TV (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though — if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.

Don't forget to use the wiki.
Looking at S1 (uh, I guess I'm making a list, huh?) it's between Bad Moon Rising and In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida.
I tried for S2 and got all choked up.
It's like you don't even know me. I'm already up to S6, silly.
How many are you picking for each season? Are you doing it by season? I can't!
Also, I want Cas to have a music. Cas needs a music.
I'm just checking through each season so I don't miss anything, not doing it by season ... because that would cause conflicts in the list.
I'm not sure if I can do top five. It might have to be top ten, because I'm weak.
Cas! Hmm. I don't think Cas has a song, sadly.
Oh I love the In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida scene!
I truly don't get the promotional stuff, then. It makes no kind of sense. Clearly SPN is the Cinderella of the network.
From looking through the music lists, there has been a song playing maybe once or twice while Cas is onscreen.
And S6 is sadly bereft of music. Goddamn budget concerns. Though, of the music they've chosen, a lot of it has stuck with me--Beautiful Loser, Smoke On The Water, Space Oddity, The Gambler. Still, I hope they pick up in the back half and rock on.
You forgot to add "tiara" there, ehab.
My top ten uses of music in Show:
"White Rabbit" during Hunted
"Everybody Plays the Fool" at Crowley's house, Abandon All Hope
Joey Ramone's "What a Wonderful World" while Dean cuts the grass in WIAWSNB
"The Gambler" during Weekend at Bobby's
"Can't Find My Way Home", Route 666
"Renegade," Nightshifter
"In-a-Gadda-da-Vida," Skin
"A Simple Man," Free to Be, You and Me
"Lady in Red," Tall Tales
and for #10, totally cheating: All of the music in Crossroad Blues
What's your favourite use of music in an episode?
Renegade, and the song Dean and then Sam started singing on the way to the "final" showdown with Lilith at the end of S3, which I am totally blanking on.
Bon Jovi's "Wanted Dead or Alive," Perkins.
