Angel: He is dead. Technically, he's undead. It's a zombie. Connor: What's a zombie? Angel: It's an undead thing. Connor: Like you? Angel: No, zombies are slow-moving, dimwitted things that crave human flesh. Connor: Like you. Angel: No! It's different. Trust me.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

That vid almost makes the extra week's wait worth it.

Re: the Hitler vid - is that actually Jim Beaver commenting on it, or are there people taking over the casts' IDs on YouTube now too?

if you follow his link, there's a video of a little girl singing, she says her last name is Beaver.

Because books.

Anyone else getting itchy to hear about S7?

I never like to feel entitled, and I actually hate it when series don't know when to quit, but I WANT S7. We only have half of this season left and a lot of ground to cover, and I want them to be able to do that, especially if they were planning on taking some things (big bad, Lisa and Ben) into another season.

It also really feels like a fresh start to me, given the way the dynamics have shifted, and one season isn't enough time to explore it.

So, MOAR PLZ KTHXBAI.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Jared places #5 on gay.com's top shirtless scenes of 2010 (9:30 in, not particularly SFW). I just have to say, Smallville totally owns it with #1. Tom Welling should feel short-shrifted. Or unexploited.

I, uh, don't want Lisa and Ben taken into another season. I think Dean needs to get closure with them, but I don't need them back more than once or twice to do it.

I do want S7 though. Just for other shit.

Oh, I agree. But doing that this season is going to eat up some time that could be spent on other things. Or they're going to spend time on other things, and *not* tie that up, which I won't like.

I think that if Lisa and Ben are out the door, it needs to be done this season, otherwise it's just a hangover. And I don't think they've taken up too much screentime so far. I think they can get it done and have it be deep and meaningful and Over.

As for the Sam and Dean show, with only half a season to get them back to some sort of equilbrium and the shitstorm with the newly instated soul and the Wall, I think narratively they do need another season as just brothers.

I don't know if we're ever going to get that. We haven't so far. I don't know if it's more than the end game, at best.

I mean, there can still be shit and obstacles, but right now? Not brothers. Because one of them has been kinda absent so far.

Okay, sure, the series finale can finally be Sam and Dean on an even keel, whole and healthy as they're gonna get, hitting the road. But to end it with a year/season of Sam not being Sam and Sam coming to grips with what Dean did to him and possibly the wall coming down and somehow rebounding from that... That feels rushed.
