Castiel stuck his hand inside Aaron and found his soul, and that it had been sold. Soul selling seems to be a consignment thing, not an instant removal.

What I had read previously about the ratings for SPN concurred with the previous article was that their numbers were strong or stronger in the 18-34 demographic (i.e. not me) and therefore Show was pretty happy with it.
