I can't see either one of them upset by the pictures.

That's entirely not a conclusion I can come to. The risk is always there, but I'd rather err on the side caution. There have been enough stinks raised (not necessarily by them) about leaked photos that I just never know.

I know Cliff the bodyguard tweeted something about no more shirtless soccer for Jensen, after those pictures showed up.

I thought it was the leak and the omg-he's-so-fat ensuing reaction that Jensen was reacting to.

I took it to mean they were completely candid pictures, and fairly personal, considering he was shirtless, and probably taken (or posted) without his knowledge. He was in his off time, not working, so.

But these are pics from years ago so how can anyone be talking about omg-he's-so-fat? I also think it would be easy to remember who was taking those pics and would therefore be on my shit list. Although, I really wouldn't care--but if I did.

I was talking only about the shirtless soccer photos from a month or so ago, not the ones Morgana and sumi posted. Those I assume he didn't know were being taken, given the tone of Cliff's tweet.

I don't think Amy was saying it was the same issue. I was just saying that the pictures looked like another purloining of not-necessarily-for-the-public pics--like happened with both their wedding pics, and to tons of celebs before, that's all.
