I just read a fic that was basically: Dean tells Lisa he's never coming back. Sam picks the Campbells over Dean. Dean gets fucked into the mattress by Castiel.

Except there were a few more words. But so flatly put I do wonder why the person keeps watching the show. It can obviously never make them happy.

Not even. It was pretty much just those events. Craxxy D/C shipper checklist. Return Cas to Dean. Check. Have Dean faint with emotion. (hello?) Check. Ditch Lisa. Check. Ditch Sam. Check. Rote sex. The End.

So of course there are comments on it saying things like "Dean should totally ditch Sam!"
