I didn't know we're not even supposed to whitefont! Then again, I never know any spoilers, but still. Helpful to know.
Supernatural 2: Why is it our job to save everybody?
[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US on TV (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though — if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.
I'm thinking of proposing a change to those rules to expand the scope of the white font discussion, but I'm not sure how to formalise it. Preview trailers, for a start.
It says the preview trailers are already okay for whitefonting, though. Or am I misunderstanding?
The trailers that air on TV are okay without whitefont. The teaser trailers that the CW only shows on the web are not, with or without whitefont.
Ah. Yeah, we were discussing a lot of those in here in whitefont at the end of the season. Rebels!
Group shot from ComicCon. You can actually see that JA is also a Tall Person here!
Sometimes even the teaser trailers are too spoilery for me and I try to avoid those. Other times I am dying for moar show! and I will watch whole preview clips.
Ben Edlund remains a fine-looking fellow. And Sera remains very pretty.
And dude. Edlund tall.
I think he's got a heel on those boots, but yes.
And yet JP remains the mutant redwood of the bunch. Cutiehead.
I'm really really glad that we made the rule that regulars for next year won't be spoilers (hello Castiel!). But I still feel at a loss for regular recurrings. It leaves Bobby verboten for discussion, and that feels like a big hole for the show thread.
The other big hole is the teaser trailers--I totally think they should be whitefont, but I also think that they should be allowable here.
I just...Bureaucracy, you know? No one cares, probably, other than the denizens of this thread, because it's the only active single show thread left on the board (scary, huh?), and I haven't seen other shows do teasers (other than White Collar, and it never came up in thread).
